My responsibility is to help key Accounts to grow further in Africa by advising on Business Improvements, driving Transformational Programs and selling of related NSN Projects. Specific domains are Charging, VAS, SDP, CRM/CCBS, Business Consultancy, IT outsourcing, Subscriber Data Management, OSS, Security and Cloud Computing (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS). Basically focused on Business improvements in the Telco-IT and Service Delivery Environment domains.
Responsible for the System Integration Business in Middle East and Africa market. Building the business to cover Sales, Delivery and Care processes and to secure growth for Nokia Siemens Networks in this region. Specific domains are OSS, BSS, SDP, Convergence, Security and Applications.
