- Lead the design for optimum operations services for all new or renewed opportunities - Customer Support Centers (Retailers/Players), Field Support (Roll out, Ongoing maintenance, Repair Lab), Logistics (warehouse, distribution) and Application Operations, - Set the strategy of monitoring the performance of all Operations monthly, based on the collection of specific data and compare with specific KPIs and benchmarks, - Set the strategy for running remotely from Athens and on behalf of our Subsidiaries all the application operation activities, ensuring efficient system performance in 24/7 environments worldwide, - Run the Hellenic Lotteries Operation
Working with our subsidiaries ensuring that all Intralot Operations in all Countries run effectively – Design and Implement for every new business optimum operational model for - Call Centre / Service Desk - Application / Software Support - Field Support, Repairs and Consumables
Responsible for a team of 7 project managers, directing and monitoring projects from start2finish and ensuring that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.
Responsible for all Pre-Sales, Implementation, and Post-Sales of all Xerox Services, serving directly the segment of Large Accounts (top 100 local and multinational companies in Greece). Managing a team of software analysts and coordinating resources from the Technical Department.
