For 25+ years I have led people, brands, and organizations across three continents, as a chief executive, as a Group President of a NYSE-listed company, and as a board member of institutions I believe in. What every chapter shared was never the size of the P&L. It was the people. Organizations perform when they trust their leadership, believe in where they're going, and feel part of something worth building. That conviction, formed in Norway and tested across global markets, is the throughline: strategy with purpose, structure that serves people, and systems that make good things last Across my leadership roles, sustained performance has come down to three things: Strategy. Structure. Systems. When strategy lacks clarity, growth stalls. When structure is misaligned, execution slows. When systems work against execution, value is lost. When all three are aligned, companies scale faster, execute better, and create more durable results. I have seen that pattern repeatedly, whether leading a $1B+ EMEA business across 42 countries at Tupperware Brands, serving as CEO of J.Hilburn, or working with investors and executive teams on growth and transformation. My experience spans enterprise leadership as a Corporate Officer of a NYSE-listed company, with hands-on responsibility across commercial strategy, digital modernization, omnichannel expansion, franchise development, and global manufacturing and supply chain networks in Asia, EMEA, and North America. The work has typically taken three forms: transforming businesses that lost momentum, leading growth and change initiatives where timing mattered, and building growth platforms from the ground up. I am my best in roles that require clear direction, organizational alignment, disciplined execution, and profitable growth through change. I also bring experience in acquisition evaluation, commercial diligence, and value-creation planning, particularly where consumer businesses require both operating depth and transformation capability. Beyond operating roles, I have served as a board member and national trustee, including with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, and I care deeply about strengthening communities and developing the next generation of leaders. The organizations that create lasting value are the ones that align purpose with performance. My leadership foundation was shaped in the Royal Norwegian Air Force, where ambiguity was never a strategy, accountability was absolute, and execution mattered. That standard has remained constant throughout my career.
Operating partner to private equity sponsors, founders, and executive teams scaling consumer businesses, driving profitable growth and value creation across DTC, omnichannel, and franchise models. Advise on acquisition theses, commercial diligence, and value-creation planning, and partner with Vine Hill Capital Partners on buyout and SPAC evaluation.
Led the evolution and scaling of a U.S. luxury menswear brand - restoring profitability, repositioning the brand, modernizing the technology platform, and scaling the franchise studio model. Reversed operating loss into profit within two years while sustaining a 5.6% CAGR; significant investment in AI-enabled learning and performance platform; and rebuilt the senior leadership team.
