Focus: Quality control and Technical Cleanliness for battery production and additive manufacturing Detection of particles and film-type contaminations for batteries and additively manufactured parts to make sure that they don't pretend being "clean enough".
Focus: Novel coating techniques for turbine blades to improve oxidation and wear resistance Experimenting with new setups for CVD coatings for turbine blades and monitoring how the protective layers grew.
