Experienced in analysing the products internal and external quality data and prioritising of required change actions with balanced agenda for quality. Responsible for the development following aspects from design to mass production such as process optimisation, ensuring the product reflects outstanding design and follows quality and performance standards.

Release, implementation and validation of design changes as well as containment and permanent corrective actions within given budget and timing constraints. Analysis of the vehicle internal and external quality data and prioritising of required change actions.

Support design verification of parts during launch phases and during production start under consideration of component/system function on site according to specifications & processes for chassis suspension and body heatshields, ensuring the component mountability and function under robustness and tolerance conditions. Working out of solutions and defining of immediate measures.
