Responsible for the induction of new staff, in particular engine mechanics. Responsible for delivering mandatory training courses such as ‘Engine Manual Training’, ‘Fundamentals of Jet Engines’ and ‘Basic IT Training’ in accordance with internal guidelines, procedures and regulations. Development and design of new training courses focusing on the disassembly, assembly and testing of engines. Delivery of training courses for other sites within the MTU network.
