Supporting the EMEA spare parts integration process between legacy OCE and legacy CANON by defining and implementing logistical processes (End of Service management, overstock management, supersede management and provision management) and migrating ERP data from a legacy OCE system to a CANON system.

Leading a team of 8 people, responsible for purchasing, manufacturing engineering, planning and warehousing. Setting up a supply chain based on a 80% CTO engineering process, coming from a 100% ETO engineering process. Implementing a procurement portal to be able to manage the purchase process on exceptions. Defining the prerequisites, workflows and procedures for the interfase between the PDM and ERP system. Continuously analyzing and improving the Supply Chain processes and setting up KPI’s to measure it’s performance.
