I've spent my career at the intersection of strategy, operations, and people - BCG, Amazon, Westwing, FIEGE, and now KoRo as COO. Most of my work has been about building and scaling operations in fast-growing companies. Warehouses, supply chains, transportation networks, customer service - across Europe, at pace, with large teams. What I've learned is that the operational and the human side of a business are inseparable. You can't scale operations without scaling the people and the culture around them. At KoRo I'm responsible for both Operations and People & Culture - and the more I do it, the more I see People & Culture as a genuinely strategic function that shapes everything about what kind of company you become. I have a PhD in Organisational Psychology with a focus on burnout prevention - which in practice means I'm endlessly curious about what it takes for people to truly thrive at work and beyond.
