Responsible for the complete procurement of the company: • Strategic purchasing (series materials) - Development of strategies for direct procurement - Procurement marketing - Supplier audits and supplier evaluation - Negotiations on prices, conditions and framework contracts - Observing the global procurement market • Indirect purchasing (services and investments) - Preparation of duty staplers in cooperation with the responsible department heads - Energy Purchasing (Member of the Energy Purchasing Group of the Entrepreneur Association South Tyrol) - Price negotiations - Development of rationalization measures in indirect purchasing • Project purchasing - Supplier search and supplier selection for new developments - Close cooperation with R&D - Accompaniment of the project from the sampling phase over the supplier admission up to the serial delivery • Personnel responsibility for three employees
Organisation of the daily shopping as well as the management of entire project procurements from the preparation of the public tendering to the contract administration including budget management and payment monitoring. Member of the IT consulting group which is continiously developing, improving and adapting the whole software landscape to the company's requirements, including first and foremost SAP.
