My role centers around aligning customer needs, market trends, and staff competencies to ensure sustainable value delivery. I act as a strategic link between external expectations and internal capabilities, driving people development and ensuring that our teams are equipped for the future.
As Principal, I am part of our German management team and besides my consulting and delivery mandates, responsible for our commercial success . Often being the the primary technical and content interface between stakeholders and development, my main focus is building and enabling teams and creating successful projects.
In different projects from the Medtech, Labautomation, eCommerce and Enterprise Software Domain I worked as product owner, project manager, stakeholder representative, requirements engineer or usability engineer in a global delivery context.

Smarter and quicker digital processes, smart pricing and planning tools, providing best availability, international rentals.
