In over 20 years in product management, I've spent the last 5 years+ leading the rapid expansion of the Zero Trust Exchange cybersecurity portfolio and achieved more than $200M annual recurring revenue in my directly owned products. I've also got a wider platform responsibility that has focused on scaling secure access service edge (SASE), the use of AI and ML for better platform security efficacy, and building zero trust solutions which has unlocked 26% year-over-year growth.

SOTI 2019 to 2020 ------------------------------------------------------------ Directed the restructuring of MDM/EMM product portfolio related MobiControl IoT/IIoT mobile device management. Responsible for P&L, GTM for market-leading business critical device and IoT management SaaS product with $150M annual recurring revenue, 35% y/y subscription booking growth. SOTI is a privately held company specializing in commercial critical and industrial MDM/EMM. eSentire (post Warburg Pincus acquisition) 2019 ------------------------------------------------------------ Post Warburg Pincus PE acquisition: Managed portfolio pricing, packaging, positioning, and partner-enabled models for leading cloud-based Managed Detection and Response (MDR) provider supporting $65M (2019) ARR and targeting $500M. Responsible for P&L for new partner-enabled MDR service creation along with security advisory, vendor risk, and client vulnerability assessment category services; Developed and maanged supplier partners supporting eSentire MDR (and XDR) services based on AWS, Azure, Microsoft, Docker, Tenable, Sumo Logic, Carbon Black, Cyxtera, and Proofpoint capabilities. eSentire - 2010 to 2011 ------------------------------------------------------------ Joined post-founding team to established formalized service concept for security operations center monitoring along with support technologies. This later became known by Gartner as "managed detect and response" market (for the managed service aspect of eSentire) and extended detect and response / XDR (for the product aspect of eSentire)
Acquired by Landis+Gyr Rhebo provides complete digital transparency into industrial IoT communications for manufacturers and operators of critical infrastructure so they can identify and reduce security risks while assuring and increasing plant productivity. Defined company hardware and cloud product portfolio for monitoring manufacturing and critical infrastructure IoT assets to reduce security risk, increase productivity; Led agile product development and channel partner development; Established and built industrial integration channel partnerships which account for more than 50% of annual revenues including Cisco, T-Systems, Sonnen, Reifenhäuser; Product marketing, product management, agile team coaching, sales playbook and KPIs, partner channel and business development, corporate development, and IIoT & industrial automation manufacturing.
Acquired by Genua GmbH Positioned company (formerly Packetwerk) towards network visibility and correlative security analytics for corporate cloud/SaaS/IaaS application control and security response (NDR) as well as regional office connection with local breakouts (SD-WAN). Defined persona-based technical feature development with market-value model. Led go-to-market strategy including customer and channel development. Drove corporate development including strategy, roadmap, and investor funding.
Part of three-person executive team leading European next-generation firewall and DPI vendor for enterprise and government security customers which included Rohde+Schwarz as a shareholder; Ipoque and Adyton Systems / Gateprotect companies acquired by Rohde+Schwarz, formed core Cybersecurity business division; Delivered product, sales channel alliances, and technical strategy for DPI and network intelligence business line. Refocused core business to white-label and OEM DPI product and sales strategy; Planned product roadmap based on E/R valuations, strategically differentiated feature-sets, engineering core competencies and established agile product-engineering teams. Key contributor to R+S Cybersecurity strategy including further acquisition identification and due-diligence.
