With strategic training from BCG and full P&L responsibility, I connect ambition to execution across portfolio choices, operational efficiency, and commercial performance.
Full P&L ownership (revenue, EBITA, cash flow, capital allocation) for a USD 500M global business, with end-to-end accountability across HSE, compliance, sustainability, strategy, R&D, manufacturing footprint, operations, sales, services, and regional execution. Leading over 1500 colleagues across 25 countries. Achievements include - Delivered margin expansion (EBITA and Gross Profit) in two years through a transformation program addressing portfolio rationalization, operational restructuring, and commercial effectiveness - Transformed organization from regional setup and matrix structure into global business lines, increased engagement, built leadership talent pool and succession pipeline - Elevated ABB’s industry position, with a focus on sustainability, digitalization, and people through thought leadership pieces, engagement with media and partnerships with key OEMs/EPCs
Responsibility for strategy, product management, R&D and marketing for ABB’s overall portfolio in pulp, paper, and battery manufacturing (leading a team of 100+ professionals).
Led divisional strategy, portfolio management, and M&A initiatives. Designed and led a Division Profitability Improvement Plan requested and approved by the Group Executive Committee.
