About

I’m driven by people and technology. People, because businesses only outperform when teams trust each other and grow together. Technology, because the pace at which it redefines what’s possible continues to fascinate me. I believe technology should serve humans, and that long-term, sustainable value is created when customers and people stay firmly at the center. On the people side, I build high-trust, accountable teams and invest deliberately in developing talent across functions and geographies. Having lived and worked in four countries, learned local languages, and immersed myself in different cultures, I thrive in diverse global teams and stay attentive to local business realities. On the technology side, I draw on hands-on R&D experience to challenge teams to push the boundaries of our offerings while staying fully aligned with strategy and customer value. I care deeply about translating technological potential into solutions that matter in the real world. With strategic training from BCG and full P&L responsibility, I connect ambition to execution across portfolio choices, operational efficiency, and commercial performance.
