•Modelled Manitoba’s future (25+ year) energy forecast which provided insight on demand-to-supply matching, capital requirements, GHG emissions and other factors, resulting in 35 data-intensive scenarios • Built PowerBI dashboard to interpret and display data from the scenarios in high-level overview to in-depth analysis • Automated in-house data estimates of wind turbine integration costs using VBA and Data Table, eliminating mathematical arithmetic and allowing the team to compute results 2+ hours quicker with 100% accuracy
• Executed 250+ daily asset transfers between Wealthsimple portfolios at a 100% success rate • Built SQL dashboard to track our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for on-time transfers, enabling the Core Operations team to address delays, resulting in an SLA improvement from 96.0% to 99.6% • Automated large transfer volumes by using Periscope to pull aggregate data; increased daily transfer capacity by 10X • Established a SQL-based process to cross-reference and flag transfers of Non-Qualified Investments (NQI) to registered accounts, eliminating Wealthsimple’s tax liability on these transactions • Codified a playbook for Internal Transfers, which set up two Operations Associates to successfully take over my role • Improved UI design for Internal Transfers by investigating in-app deficiencies and collaborating with their team to improve client experience and lower CS volume by 100+ daily client communications
