Stefano Stramigioli received the M.Sc. with honors (cum laude) in 1992 from the University of Bologna and the Ph.D with honors (cum laude) from the Delft University of Technology in 1998. He is an ERC AdG laureate, a member of the Royal Holland Society of Science and Humanities (KHMW) and an IEEE Fellow. His background and passion is System Theory which he has broadly exploited in the year to applications to Robotics. He is currently expanding to use techniques he developed to theoretical physics.
