Planning, organising and implementing policy advocacy strategies for ESTIF. Monitoring of relevant policies, involvement with internal and external stakeholders, liaising with the EU Institutions. Designing and implementing policy communication strategies. Support in ESTIF Project Management.
DG Regio - Unit A5. Assisting the Unit personnel and, in particular, the Head of Unit, in everyday tasks and duties in the implementation of the specific EU policies for Outermost Regions. Coordination work among several DGs interested by ORs. Preparation of the legislative background for Mayotte entry into EU. Evaluation, correction and follow-up on several reports and studies (Climate Change, inter-urban transports). Preparation of meetings minutes, briefings and background information.
Monitoring of the activities of the EU institutions; research and drafting of information reports for AER members and of the AER Bulletin; research of relevant information using Internet based tools, publications, and by attending and minuting EP and other meetings; analysis and follow-up of specific regulatory issues; research and compilation of data and statistics; logistic support in the organisation of meetings.
Preparation of Ministerial Councils (Competition; Transport; Telecommunications and Energy; Environment; Employment, Health and Consumer protection; Agriculture and Fisheries). Cooperation with the Italian Representative in the Mertens group, assistance in coordination of COREPER I and the Italian technical administrations involved in Community activities.
