I am a highly self-motivated Aerospace Engineer, working for 10+ years in the Space Sector in the Business of Manufacturing Satellites. Specifically, the Galileo Satellites, one of the largest European Space Projects requested by the European Commission. Currently, in the role of Project Office Responsible of the new Batch 3 Satellites (12 Satellites) and WO1/WO2 Satellites (22 Satellites), together with the Project Manager I direct the multidisciplinary project team towards meeting the schedule and cost requirements. As well as interfacing with the customer (ESA) and suppliers on all Project Office related topics (including organizing and co-chairing progress meetings). Fluent in English, Italian and German, with an aptitude for speaking several languages, I enjoy and am adept at working in multinational teams. Furthermore, I am also experienced working independently, for example in ad-hoc projects or requests coming from my Project Managers. My areas of expertise include: Project Planning (Detailed and Top-Level, Phase C/D, Environmental Campaigns), Project Controlling, MS Project Software, AIT (Assembly, Integration and Testing) Process Management, Risk Management, Action Tracking, KPI tracking and Resource Planning.

- Co-Author of the Winning Galileo Batch 3 Planning Proposal - AIT (Assembly Integration & Testing) Detailed Scheduling/Planning responsible for all 22 Galileo Satellites including Ariane 5 Mechanical Qualification Campaign. - Cadence Maintenance responsible (maintaining the production line cadence of 22 days/island, replanning of activities in case of delays together with AIT Manager) - Main Point of Contact for all AIT planning activities with Payload Supplier (SSTL) - Main interface with System Engineering team to determine, monitor and control unit delivery dates - Action Items Control and Monitoring - Main interface with Procurement Manager to meet the Schedule, including coordination with suppliers and logistics - Creation of Company-wide AIT Templates (Department Work)
