The core business is in the fire system business, with a strong specialization in the manufacturing of customized parts and systems, based on customer specifications (foam and gas equipment). Main goals achieved: o Doubling of the production area, finalization of the new layout and introduction of a new line. o Increase of the production capacity and production efficiency. o Lead time reduction and on time delivery improvement. o Project management activities. o Process reorganization of the Technical Department and introduction of the new Manager. o Definition of the Supply Chain, including introduction of: open orders, supplier agreement and price lists. o SAP HANA implementation. o Manpower reduction and production flow redesign.
The plant is dedicated to the assembly of electronic board for the automotive and white goods market. Main goals achieved: o SAP HANA Go live. o Analysis of the process flow of Operations Department, job description and new allocation of the employees. o Efficiency improvement (+8%). o Installation of new equipment.

Reporting to Sr Director of Manufacturing the main duties are: o coordination of Manufacturing Manager (mechanical setting and final testing). o Responsible for direct and indirect procurement. o Responsible for the coordination of Logistic Manager. o Management of the Slovenian subcontractor.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, I was in charge of 350 people and two different plants (the headquarter in Bergamo and a second plant located in Verona), working on three shifts for 6 and 7 days a week. Exide is an American Multinational company, with a core business in automotive batteries manufacturing. The plants are specialized in automotive components production, particularly new generation lead batteries. Main duties: o coordination and supervision of production flow (management of four Department Supervisors). Management of Assembly Department, Formation Process Department and Plates Departments (that includes chemical preparation, lamination and exmet process). o KPI responsibility (production volumes, efficiency, quality, costs, on time delivery) o continuous improvement, based on Lean Manufacturing principles.
Production Director at Tyco Flow Control – Oil&Gas industry – Fiorenzuola d’Arda, Piacenza. Reporting to the General Manager, I managed a team of 180 people split up in: Production Department, Logistic Department, Maintenance & Building Service Department. I was also in charge for the entire flow of the spare parts business (from the order to the shipment).
