Dubai, United Arab Emirates
I advise governments, sovereign-backed companies, utilities, investors, and corporates on infrastructure, energy transition, and strategic transactions across the GCC and wider emerging markets. My work focuses on power, renewables, hydrogen, water, and industrial infrastructure, with particular emphasis on the strategic, commercial, and operational issues that shape investment and delivery. I have worked on growth strategy, market entry, M&A, due diligence, joint ventures, business planning, operating model design, and turnaround-related situations. Before joining Teneo, I led Apricum’s MENA business and worked as an independent advisor on mandates for FTI Consulting, Kearney, and a PIF portfolio company. Earlier in my career, I served as COO of Enerwhere and held advisory and leadership roles at TotalEnergies, Accenture Strategy, Dubai Economic Council, OC&C Strategy Consultants, and Deloitte. I am particularly interested in situations where infrastructure, capital allocation, and geopolitics intersect.
