What has always inspired me most is building bridges across borders. I am deeply passionate about strengthening the ties between Norway and Germany—two nations whose cooperation has defined much of my professional journey. Today, I actively contribute to this mission through various board positions, including my work with the Norwegian-German Chamber of Commerce. With over 25 years of experience, I operate at the intersection of business development and international collaboration. My career has evolved from leading major corporate initiatives to serving as CEO of the Holmenkollen Skifestival, where I had the privilege of delivering world-class events such as the FIS Nordic World Cup and the BMW IBU Biathlon World Cup. Currently, I work with the market development at Fotoware mostly in German-speaking regions (DACH). I focus on delivering industry-leading Digital Asset Management and Digital Evidence Management solutions, specifically tailored for the Police, Defence sector, government and regulated industries. My driving force: Connecting people with opportunities and deepening the strategic bond between Germany and Norway.
