Starting this year, I am assuming my new role as Head of Global Product Management for Wash and Toilet Place. Together with a strong global team I am leading bath and kitchen faucet solutions alongside our new solutions for wash and toilet places. Looking forward to shaping the next decade of our portfolio and unlocking synergies across our gerat offering.
Driving our new business segment from vision to successful market entry with full P&L ownership. Together with a strong global, cross-functional team and regional organizations, we shaped the global category strategy and established a profitable business category for the company.
Together with a high-performing team, we laid the foundation for future growth by expanding into adjacencies, building the framework and competencies, driving portfolio excellence, implementing a successful go-to-market approach and creating a beneficial supplier ecosystem.
After obtaining my university degree I took six months off. I immersed myself in different cultures, reflected myself and my current development, gain new (life) perspectives and set the base for my future course.
