As Head of Design I successfully lead and inspire the whole team to create gorgeous gowns and fashionable to elegant styles with precious materials and excellent fit. Fundamental skills as traditionally trained in sewing, draping, pattern making and sketching facilitate my creativity.
- Design of 10 collections per year, including evening and bridal dresses and accessories - Leader of the design and product development team (20 staff members) - Development of timetables and mood boards for the evening, bridal collections - Fabric development, market research and competition observation - Design and briefing of the pattern makers - Management of design and sample room team, including fittings - Successful cooperation with our Chinese Suppliers - Creation of concepts for image and brand communication - Leader of photo shootings in cooperation with design agencies
- Design and realization responsibility for VR China and The Czech Republic - Successful cooperation with our Chinese Suppliers - Creation of concepts for the prestige advertizing and photo shootings together with the graphic designer - Design of evening and bridal dresses and accessories
- Design Director - Fabric development - Management of the pattern- and sample room team including fittings - Coordination and control of sampling and production in Germany/China
