- Worked closely with the Executive to run the MOH Ensure Safer Systems (ESS) Quality Assurance Programme by overseeing of relevant data such as training numbers, software utilisation, and audit findings. - Created content that will be used as educational and promotional materials for staff understanding and development in the MOH-ESS Programme and Internal Audit.
- Created over 30 pieces of content emphasizing the product's unique selling points and aligning with the current market trends - Increased social media followers across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu and Tiktok.
- Supplied check-in process of over 100 local and international students and delivered briefing about the hall rule
