As asset manager operations I was responsible for the operational management of a specific railroad section. This included contract management, incident- and problem management, and the operational communications with various parties involved.
As a business developer and project leader I was responsible for the development of a business case for the Healthy City concept, key steps: - Forming a multidisciplinary taskforce team consisting of 6 members from different departements to: * Conduct market research; * Further develop the Healthy City concept with a pilot customer; * Delivering the business case and implementation strategy; - Project leader implementation team. Additional: Finance and controlling project under the CFO. Co-founder of Rainroad, finalist in Doe & Durf Challenge by NL Ingenieurs 2017.
As a YP I have been involved in various projects for the innovation department (WVL) - section of space, economy and MIRT (multiannual Programme on infrastructure, space and transportation): - Project leader process optimization project 'MIRT for policy advisors' for the Ministry of Infrastructure and the Environment in collaboration with Antea Group; - Project leader internal audit optimization project for the innovation department 'Water, traffic and environment' (WVL); - Coordinator training programme for facilitators and establishing a pool for the sustainable regional development tool Omgevingswijzer; - Junior consultant project Twente channels for the organization of a stakeholder assembly; - Team member 'Yellow in environment visions' ensuring Rijkswaterstaat input into the development of the national environment vision; - Supporting moderator wijmakennederland.nl/'Jaar van de Ruimte'.
