- Provided full HR support for the EURO 2020/2024 project, advising managers and employees - Managed recruitment for 50+ positions and represented HR at external career events - Ensured labor law compliance and coordinated with UEFA and external partners - Prepared HR reports and supported payroll to ensure workforce and budget planning
