• Ensuring the smooth running of day to day business, focussing on health and safety as well as security and customer experience. • Leading and organising the technical department and human resources development as the primary instructor for young apprentices. • Running shows and events as operator of all technical devices: sound/light/special effects. • Being an advocate for customers and employees, taking ownership of raised issues or concerns in all areas. • Box Office duties including ticketing, cash and check handling, event management and further customer inquiries as well as resolving customer complaints to a satisfactory outcome.
