I founded LingoMinds to offer personalized German and English learning support for children, teens and adults. Through one-on-one classes, school support and online learning resources, LingoMinds helps students build clarity, confidence and independence in their language learning journey. Before founding LingoMinds, I studied and worked as a physiotherapist, an experience that shaped my understanding of individual support, patience and human development. Over time, my lifelong connection with languages grew into my teaching path, leading me to specialize in German and English education.
I founded LingoMinds to provide personalized German and English learning support for children, teens and adults. Through one-on-one classes, school support, online courses and carefully curated learning materials, LingoMinds helps students build clarity, confidence and independence beyond the classroom. My work focuses on structured language learning, individualized support, exam preparation and practical resources that help students connect vocabulary, grammar and communication step by step.
Worked with clients in therapeutic settings, developing strong skills in individual support, observation, communication and trust-building.
Provided individualized English instruction to children and teenagers receiving medical care in hospital and outpatient settings, adapting lessons to each learner’s health condition, emotional needs and treatment schedule. Created flexible, engaging and supportive learning experiences that helped students maintain academic continuity, build confidence and stay connected to school during periods of illness and recovery. Collaborated with families, healthcare teams and educational institutions to align learning goals with each student’s medical situation and support their gradual reintegration into regular school environments.
Taught German as a foreign language to preschool children aged 3 to 6 in a German school setting, using songs, stories, games, movement and daily routines to create playful and age-appropriate learning experiences. Adapted lessons to different developmental stages and learning needs, helping young learners build confidence, curiosity and a positive first connection with the German language.
Career Break | International Experience & Family Care 2003 – 2017 Took an intentional career break for international travel, voluntary work and family care. This period included time in Asia and Oceania, where I gained valuable intercultural experience and deepened my understanding of communication, learning and personal development. Dedicated several years to full-time parenting, strengthening the patience, flexibility and emotional awareness that continue to inform my work as a language teacher.
