The Center of Excellence team provides oversight of growth, improvement, process and change initiatives within the Human Resources Talent and Acquisition Department. As Program Manager for the Bell Onboarding Program: • Oversee and manage the Bell Corporate Onboarding Program involving key corporate stakeholders, ensuring alignment with current businesses practices and future requirements. • Work with a variety of key stakeholders and senior HR partners to provide support and promote the delivery of the program while maximizing its efficiency and adoption • Evaluate processes, content and user experience to ensure added value and procedure alignment • Analyze metrics to support strategies and measure tactics to demonstrate returns, efficiency, and opportunities for improvement; including scorecards, survey data and compliance • Prepare and deliver presentations at all business levels to educate, provide training and gather feedback
