Tasks: • Lead the country’s Hr department ((over 1800 employees) • Coordinate a team of 50 people in the HR, General Sevices & ICT department • Guarantee the correct performance of Gasolinas Limpias project, negotiating the Collective Bargain Agreement for 1500 new employees as well as their on-boarding process • Negotiate the Collective Bargain Agreement for Topolobampo-El Encino project • Ensuring government support in Chihuahua & Sinaloa states by liaising with their representatives • International Immigration and Expatriation Procedures • Compensation & Benefits- Conduct the yearly salary review. Implementing salary grids and new compensation package for Topolobampo’s project to be competitive in the area; • Recruitment of local personnel - definition of the recruitment profiles, relationship with recruitment agencies, contractual and economic offer; • Management of Individual Contract of Employment; • Labor Laws and contractual elements for the employment; • Budget and Labor Cost (preparation of Labor Costs yearly budget & forecasts) • Human Resources Scheduling - monitoring of mobilization plan; ensure on time mobilization of requested personnel (local & expats); • Personnel Administration - payroll management for local staff, time sheet management, presence report for staff under direct supervision, time keeping, etc. • Personnel Management – Implementing and ensure the compliance of Saipem’s rules and procedures for Mexico (accommodation type in line with the security guide lines, living allowance, flight class, permissions, etc.) • General Services Management: Travel & Logistic Management (lease contract management, offices lay out and distribution, pool cars management, general facilities maintenance and management etc.) • Service Agreement Contracts -preparation with Procurement Dept of frame agreements with Recruitment Agencies, Personnel Consultants and other suppliers such as travel agencies, etc.

• definition of career management system: identification of Key Resources, drawing up individual development & training plans for Key Resources together with the line managers and approved by the local HR Manager and Corporate; • identification of training needs and definition of training programs; • training budget preparation and courses implementation; • evaluate training providers’ performance and effectiveness. • implementation of People Soft - Global Human Resources System: roll-out in: Perú, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador & Bolivia: training the key users, assistance and follow-up of the proper operation of the System.
