Cognivite-Behavioral Psychoanalist and Wellbeing Specialist, with expertise in the field of Personal and Organizational Deveplopment across ages, cultures and fields of business. Using Cognitive Psychology with a scientist-practitioner approach (BA in Psychology, MA in Organizational Psy, MA Psychotherpy for Wellbeing and Human Development supported by work experience in HR Consultancy, Sales, Market Research, Project Management and Workplace Health and Security) I'm creating sustaninable frameworks for my clients in one to one, group or organizational settings. The focus of my role is to ensure that the L&D Team delivers high standard trainings in our company within budget. We also facilitate learning programs for our colleagues making sure every member of the company has the opportunity to be more prepared for their position. When possible, we use the blended learning approach, aiming to give participants the best training experience that will ensure the development of core skills. In order to achieve this we keep close to the rest of the HR team and with managers within the company.
As a trainer in A&D Pharma I am involved in soft skills training activities in the company. I am involved in the entire process: starting with needs analysis, training development and delivery to administrative tasks related to the process. I am also responsible for HR consultancy (consultancy for performance evaluation and performance management) and training in a specific project.
