Stefan uses this experience to help customers bring their ideas and solutions to life, while focusing on resilient, scalable and secure architectures.
Define and execute Slalom’s Solutions strategy, aligning solution priorities to broader GTM objectives and growth targets. Partner with GTM and practice leaders to design, build, package, and take to market differentiated offerings for clients and alliance partners (AWS, Snowflake, Microsoft, Salesforce). Translate industry and technology trends into market-ready solutions, keeping the portfolio relevant, scalable, and commercially viable. Lead cross-functional execution from concept to delivery, ensuring solutions integrate cleanly with partner platforms and deliver measurable client outcomes. Act as solutions leader on complex pursuits, supporting the Head of GTM and pursuit teams with strategy, solution shaping, and partner alignment. Build and maintain executive relationships with key partners and clients as the primary contact for Slalom offerings, including joint account planning and feedback loops. Leverage project-delivered assets into reusable accelerators and continuously improve the solutions portfolio through innovation and iteration. Represent Slalom’s solution offerings externally through alliance events, enablement, and public speaking.
Set and drive Cevo’s technical strategy and direction for solution offerings, quality standards, and engineering excellence. Lead all consulting and engineering teams, owning delivery outcomes, operating model, and execution governance. Scale capabilities and capacity: practice development, repeatable delivery assets, and headcount growth (hiring and org design). Sponsor the design and delivery of high-quality AWS solutions that showcase Cevo capability and deliver strong client outcomes. Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships with AWS sales and partner teams to enable co-sell and joint GTM. Act as a technology figurehead, leading thought leadership and partnering with Sales, Partner, and Marketing on GTM and investment priorities. Partner with the CEO and sit on the Connetico Group Leadership Team, contributing to company and group-wide strategy and decisions.

Own the senior technical relationship for AWS’s largest Australian telco, acting as a trusted advisor to C-level and VP stakeholders across technology, product, and operations. Lead cloud strategy and architecture for large-scale modernisation, including application transformation, data platforms, security, resilience, and network/edge use cases. Drive complex workloads from idea to production: define target architectures, delivery roadmaps, and unblock teams through hands-on technical leadership. Shape multi-year cloud adoption and operating model change programs, aligning business outcomes (speed, reliability, cost, customer experience) to platform capabilities. Orchestrate AWS service teams and partners to deliver integrated solutions, accelerating delivery through reference architectures and repeatable patterns. Establish technical governance and assurance via Well-Architected practices, architecture reviews, security posture, and operational readiness for mission-critical systems. Represent AWS and the customer publicly through technical thought leadership, presenting at re:Invent, re:Inforce, and AWS Summit Sydney (keynotes, breakouts, panels, and customer stories). Create executive-ready narratives and technical content that articulate outcomes, patterns, and lessons learned, supporting broader market influence and account expansion.
