Operational lead for building Allianz Telematics product and service delivery capacity and growing new business with Allianz entities worldwide; developing Allianz vehicle telematics and IoT digital asset portfolio (mobile apps, web portals, hardware and software-based telematics solutions); key projects: - Building Allianz first-ever Pay-As-You-Drive telematics solution based on both automotive hardware and smartphone sensors - Setting up E2E delivery factory for implementation pipeline leveraging external consultant workbench to manage peak loads of up to 15 implementation projects at a time - Greenfield development of Allianz first telematics offering in Chinese market to vehicle OEMs and other insurance companies Allianz Telematics is the global Allianz entity for developing and implementing vehicle telematics and Internet-of-Things (IoT) solutions (e.g. smart home) related to insurance products and other complementary services.
