I lead the Energy, Industrials, and Semiconductors Architecture organisation at AWS and sit on the UKIR tech senior leadership team. More than 20 years across large enterprises, my work has focused on helping large organisations get real value from their technology investments, increasingly through cloud, data and AI. My focus is building strong, customer-centred technical teams and helping organisations adopt these technologies in ways that are practical, secure and aligned to real business outcomes. Previously, I headed the Media and Financial Services Solutions Architecture organisations, guided teams through periods of growth and change, partnered closely with sales and customer leaders, and shaped initiatives that have been adopted globally. As a people manager, I care deeply about creating inclusive, high-trust environments where individuals can do their best work and grow in their careers. I value clear thinking, calm leadership and thoughtful decision-making, particularly in complex or ambiguous situations. Views posted are my own.
