Performing basic design engineering with vaste experience in revamp of existing units including: -Unit management during project execution. -Lead client meetings with international clients. - Carry-out, review and supervise chemical process simulations for petrochemical projects. - Guide, review and assess the preparation of Heat and Material balance, Process Flow Diagrams, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams, Material Diagrams etc.. - Manage the Design of critical and non-critical equipment - Reactors, Distillation Columns, Compressors, Pressure safety valves etc, in accordance with International and Local standards and design practices (API, ASME, OSHA, REACH...) - Conduct energy and process optimization studies. - Train and provide support to fellow engineers.
- Carry-out a panorama literature study on CO2 capture technologies, with focus on conditioning (operational parameters, performance, CAPEX, OPEX, service providers, existing plants). - Use a simulation tool to estimate CO2 capture cost and compare it with conditioning cost. - Interact with colleagues from different TOTAL teams (France, Norway) and subcontractors (engineering company, consulting company). - Process information from various engineering studies (PFD, mass balance, energy balance, equipment list, CAPEX, OPEX).
-Perform physical and chemical analysis on oil derivatives. -Carry-out a precision study of density determination of oil impurities -Contribute to a feasibility study with an international team on road bitumen production.
-Perform equipment testing (DCS controllers, I/O receivers) . -Contribute to equipment testing: C300 controllers of Honeywell's Experion ® PKS -Participated in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for international customers (Russia&CIS, India, UAE, Qatar) -Take part in Honeywell's Safety Manager ® training
