Leading development and execution of the Greensand Future CO₂ terminal at the Port of Esbjerg — one of Denmark's first commercial CCS infrastructure projects. Responsible for managing full project lifecycle from concept development and FEED through procurement and construction execution. Coordinating with port authorities, municipalities, regulatory bodies Driving multi-stakeholder delivery and supplier engagement to ensure safe, on-budget and on-schedule completion.

Driving contracts and supplier engagement to ensure safe delivery within budget and timeline.
Full P&L responsibility for a business unit delivering electrical, automation and control system solutions for marine, industrial and energy customers. Led integration of acquired company CS Electric into Caverion Denmark and executed operational and commercial synergies.
Served as CEO of CS Electric A/S, a specialist provider of electrical, automation and control systems for marine, industrial and energy customers. Led the company through acquisition by and full integration into Caverion Denmark. Executed commercial and operational synergies post-acquisition while maintaining business continuity, client relationships and team stability. Full P&L responsibility throughout the transition period.
