Over 15 years, I've led this end-to-end — from architecture and Kubernetes framework design through DevOps operations to go-live and customer scaling. Currently at CompuGroup Medical, I lead the SaaS & DevOps organization spanning cloud transformation, platform engineering, observability, and developer enablement. We've taken multiple healthcare products from on-premise to cloud-native, including a major hospital information system go-live at one of Germany's largest university hospitals. Before CGM, I ran production operations for Dynatrace Managed — the self-hosted enterprise platform serving thousands of installations, with 24/7 availability ownership and C-level reporting. Built cross-site teams across three countries. Tech focus: Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, Azure, OpenStack, Grafana, Elastic, OpenTelemetry, Dynatrace, Java.
