-Partner with the global Talent & Culture team and hiring managers to develop a comprehensive understanding of the open roles and recruitment process; -Responsible for the full recruitment life-cycle of assigned requisitions; -Schedule phone, onsite and video interviews with the hiring teams and candidates; -Actively building pipelines for recruitment needs and identifying the best channels to do so.
-Promote job opportunities and attract the best candidates by cold-calling -Use direct search for reaching passive candidates. -Focus on presenting the most relevant details of each opportunity, in order to ensure attractiveness and fairness. -Conduct introductory interviews, by phone or face to face. -Identify competency match.
