Stefan has a National Diploma in Civil Engineering and is a Registered Professional Technologist. He has 30 years post diploma experience, principally in the field of roads engineering and has been involved in various design and rehabilitation/upgrading projects. He has also been active in the field of structural engineering and has been involved in supervising various water, roads and drainage projects including renovation/upgrading projects. Furthermore he did two courses in materials testing and asphalt design and rehabilitation, which qualify him as a Soils Technician.
