I want to apply my technical and managerial experience to thrive innovation and efficiency. Building a strong team of individuals with different strengths and skills, tied together for the sake of being best in business. During my career I build strong experiences in people management having direct reports from Technical Director to Staff Engineer. Project management was a pillar through the last ten years, next to all the technical skills I applied. Those range from architecture and implementation of firmware/ software, methodology/ flow, digital IC verification and digital IC design. Throughout the projects I was working close with digital IC implementation in different technology nodes until lately TSMC 5nm and Samsung 4nm.
