Task at Key Accounts and in Business Development: • Maintain and develop relationships with key customers to secure long-term partnerships and maximize revenue. • Identify and analyze business opportunities within existing key accounts and potential new customers for innovative drug delivery systems - Oral Thin Films, Transdermal Patches, Micro Array Patches, Topical Patches, Wearable Injection Devices • Develop and implement customer retention and acquisition strategies • Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, customer service, and product development to meet customer needs and provide innovative solutions. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and make strategic decisions. • Carrying out international negotiations (e.g. development and supply agreements, prices)
Task at Key Accounts: - Responsible for the global strategic and operational sales - Main responsible person within the company for the Key Accounts (organization and execution of international Core Account Team Meetings; central decision maker for all customer-specific commercial requirements) - Responsible for the management and commercially successful implementation of global development projects, as well as for the launch of the new products - Responsible for the acquisition of development projects and possible contract manufacturing opportunities - Responsible for forecasting, reporting and controlling of the sales figures - Carrying out international contractual negotiations (e.g. confidentiality agreement, development and supply agreements, quality agreements, risk coverage agreements) - Carrying out international price negotiations - Travel activity: Europe and USA
Tasks: - Successful expansion of the new business unit technical applications - Responsible for the European sales for the speciality chemicals for several industrial applications - Global Key Account Manager for multinational chemical companies - Responsible for the building of development cooperation with other companies and scientific organizations - Management of successful development projects up to marketability - Responsible for the acquisition of new customers - Focus on opening up new market segments - Carrying out international contractual and price negotiations - Travel activity: mainly European-countries
Tasks: - Creation and development of a CI concept for Dr. Paul Lohmann (subject of the Diploma Thesis) - Development and implementation of a marketing department - Conducting of extensive marketing activities (organize and accompany of fair performances; customer sales trainings; creation of advertising campaigns, etc.) - Creation and expanding of the communications portfolio as product catalogue, product brochure, company presentations or online presence - Conception and implementation of employee trainings
