Industrial product design and development of existing and new products – automated cutting and spreading machines and related equipment for the textile, clothing and leather industry. 3D modeling of mechatronic/pneumatic systems using SolidWorks – top down assembly approach. Dynamic and kinematic calculations, motor siznig, pneumatic calculation, sensor & equipment definition. Stress & deformation analysis and evaluation using SolidWorks FEA tools. Redesign of existing machines, downscaling and weight reduction, vibration and noise reduction and machine performance improvement. Project monitoring, preparation of technical documentation, constant cooperation and coordination with production in real-time, monitoring the realization of the projects and production of the machined parts, functional testing and validation of new designed equipment, contact with suppliers and subcontractors.
Design&development of mechanical parts and tools for production of LED lighting equipment, light furniture, industrial furniture using SolidWorks, CATIA and AutoCad. Fast prototyping and development of new production ready products. Implementation of parametric modeling into design. Close cooperation with project manager, contact with customers, suppliers and subcontractors. Design of sheet metal bending tools, Al profile rolling tools, Al extrusion and plastics injection molding tools. Preparation of documentation for production and monitoring. Programming and organize fiber and CO2 lasers for cutting and welding, 3&4 axis milling machines, brake press for sheet metal bending, SMT production lines, with machining process optimization.
Coordination and organization of regular and preventing maintenance of various technical systems whit in 80000m² Delhaize Distribution Center (HVAC, deep freeze, moisture sections, secondary power supply systems, firestop sprinkler system, hydraulic truck docks…). Continuously tracking and improving activities within preventive maintenance. Participating in management strategy and procurement of the spare parts. Controlling the implementation of safety measures, fire protection and environmental protection regulative. Regular inspection of equipment, conducting routine maintenance, reporting on maintenance service, respond to equipment faults and diagnose breakdown problems. Working with a team of 14 technicians, and also external associates. Quartal maintenance planning, organizing shifts and task schedules, supervision of maintenance process. Monitoring vital parameters via SCADA.
