For more than 30 years, I have been successfully working in the field of process and industrial automation. After initial experience in product management for sensor technology and the classic sales force for automation technology in Germany, I became a global account manager in the process industry. Here I have been responsible for the worldwide business with BASF for 10 years. In 2004, I was offered the opportunity to build up the new business field of process and factory automation for one of the most innovative private companies in the automation industry. I now lead this area as Head of Competence Center.

As head of the competence center, I have the operational and strategic responsibility for the process and factory automation business. With my team, I develop market strategies and sales activities for the establishment and expansion of the business area Process and Factory Automation. In addition, I have direct operational responsibility for the specialist sales of process and factory automation with a focus on end customers and plant builders in Germany
