- Supporting pre-sales activities of direct sales organizations and channels by assessing application requirements and proposing applicable safety solutions - Supporting and consulting customers in case of safety related and product related questions - Supporting and consulting customers in case of programming with RSLogix 5000, Studio 5000 and CCW, specially creating programming examples and AOI. - Proposals but also actual Implementation of safety solutions from components class systems up to integrated safety - Continuous market research of competitor’s products and value and feature proposition against RA’s safety product offering - Develop competency of customers and RA sales engineers by conducting product trainings and application techniques as a trainer/instructor during RA events in EMEA such as HoTT, Safety Van and RA University. - Support the EMEA Safety CE with the development of safety training Labs and updating the safety application techniques, for example the new Compact GuardLogix 5370.
