Following a strong interest in the renewable market especially the Northern Europe Offshore wind sector, I did join VBW in 2012 to provide the industry with the full range of surveying services (e.g. geophysical, geotechnical and UXO investigations). As a project manager for offshore surveys I have supervised more than 100 projects on export cables and wind farms for the majority of the offshore players in the wind industry. As a surveying office VBW has served 80% of the existing wind parks in the German North and Baltic Sea with engineering services in planning under construction or already installed. With a redundant portfolio of our own survey technology and survey vessels, we render complete or selective services pursuant to national and international standards to suit customer requirements. Responsible for Offshore geophysical or geotechnical surveys from the tender phase through execution till final reporting I am in daily contact with the driving players within the offshore wind sector.
Taking care of project coordination for integrated subsea communication solutions providing the scientific oceanographic and the offshore energy market. Implementing an international distribution network and connecting the decision makers for global partnerships and subsea monitoring platforms such as Tsunami Early Warning Systems.
