ESKO Graphics, Manufacturer of pre-press imagers for the graphic industry • Strategic Purchase Manager for 3 manufacturing sites (Lystrup, Ballerup og Hjørring) • Managing a team of 10 strategic and operational purchasers • Worldwide supply base, low volume, high complexity (annual purchase >100 mio EURO) • Responsible for several cost reduction projects in collaboration with Production and R&D, mainly by changing from Danish suppliers to qualified suppliers in Eastern Europe Esko Graphics choose to close down their entire production of Pre Press Imagers in Denmark during 2005.
