- Functional leadership of the headlamp validation customer teams Mercedes-Benz and Porsche - Planning and coordination of the entire release testing process of complex automotive headlamps and electronic parts (PCBAs etc.) in accordance with the OEM customers - Tracking of Validation KPI's and monitoring of dedicated development budget - Validation and development of materials for headlamp applications in cooperation with process development and external suppliers with focus on plastics, coatings and adhesives - Establishment of an analytics laboratory with focus on failure analysis of plastics and headlamp components
- Implementation and planning of the release testing of automotive LED headlamps and modules. - Establishment and close tracking of headlamp and component DVPs - Communication of validation results and planned opimization to the OEM customer - Initiation of component optimizations in cooperation with crossfunctional project stakeholders - Coordination of all necessary validation activities until customer release - Plastic analytics for field claim and failure analysis (DSC, TGA, FT-IR)
