Leadership & Team Development • Lead and develop a high-performing team of 9 Disposition and Inventory Planning specialists • Drive continuous improvement through coaching, training, and performance management • Coordinate cross-functional resources to optimize processes, responsibilities, and system utilization Strategic Planning & Process Excellence • Design and implement enterprise-wide planning and disposition frameworks aligned with cor-porate objectives • Establish and evolve KPI systems to drive performance across stock levels, lead times, and quality metrics • Ensure high service levels through timely planning and execution of orders across all material categories • Manage and optimize inventory targets to balance service, cost, and working capital objectives • Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks through short-, mid-, and long-term bottle-neck management

• Category Manager at Busch- Jaeger Elektro (>20 MUSD spend) • ELSB Division Team Member Raw Material metals • EL Business Area Team Member Raw Materials metals • Leveraging the Continuous Improvement Process Sourcing (CIPS) process, implements effective sourcing strategies in line with business strategy ensuring that the supply base/suppliers have the capability and capacity to meet current and future business requirements. • Managing planning and tracking of procurement activities, cost budgets, emerging country spending and savings forecasts • Negotiating agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renew price lists, terms, and conditions • Adapt corporate contractual framework to the local business needs • Recommending frame agreements to management and execution • Providing ongoing oversights and contract management with supplier • Ensuring identification, investigation, and selection of appropriate suppliers (focusing on quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability) in accordance with Company policies. • Designing and implementing cost-out programs and/or processes to reach financial targets. • Applying PL standards, tools, and processes focused on business continuity for the assigned commodity or group of commodities. • Contributing to and participating in setting and implementing budget and targets within the framework. • Guiding, motivating, and developing direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies and Group Procurement & Logistics excellence guidelines (knowledge management, functional training, etc.).
