Global Operations and Supply Chain executive with 20+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry, operating at the intersection of strategy, transformation, and execution. Experience includes shaping global operating models, aligning complex networks, and translating long-term strategic priorities into scalable operational solutions. Over the course of my career, I have led enterprise-wide transformation and restructuring programs with multi-billion-euro impact, contributed to Board-level strategic planning, and supported major capital investment decisions. This has included the redesign of mid- to long-term operating models, the build-up of global shared services, and the development of digital and planning capabilities across international organizations. In my current role at Takeda, I am responsible for end-to-end supply chain operations supporting a multi-billion-euro business scope, with a focus on transformation, performance, and capability development across a global network. Previously at Bayer, I worked closely with senior leadership on global operations strategy, governance design, and large-scale transformation initiatives, including strengthening resilience and scalability across manufacturing and supply chain networks. I am particularly interested in roles that combine strategic planning, operational leadership, and enterprise-level impact — especially in environments where complexity, transformation, and long-term value creation intersect.
