-Sub-team leader for the upstream part of the technology transfers (clinical and commercial) from development to GMP manufacturing. -Deputy business process manager Basecamp 2.0 for Basel manufacturing. -Process ownership of manufacturing processes (Interface Manufacturing, Science and Technology) including technical and scientific Support (1st and 2nd level) of the upstream area to assure robust and efficient manufacturing processes in the GMP environment. -Lead or support optimization or implementation projects for new technologies. -Planning and coordination of troubleshooting activities and root cause analysis.
Co-leading a strategic project to create a centralized 'Site Capabilities Repository,' a key digital initiative to enhance operational excellence across the global manufacturing network. -Strategic Planning: Architecting the project's vision, technical strategy, and data roadmap to solve systemic data fragmentation challenges. -Technical Leadership: Leading the technical design and data strategy for the repository, translating complex business requirements into a scalable, enterprise-level data architecture. -Cross-Functional Collaboration: Acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT to ensure the solution is technically feasible and delivers maximum business value.
-Project leader function (core team member) for customer and internal projects -Planning of experiments and resources as well as coordination of the execution of experiments for the optimization and development of fermentation processes in teams of 2-5 operators -Analysis, evaluation and preparation of data with subsequent presentation of the results to the customer as well as customer contact as a subject matter expert -Preparation of development plans and reports -Transfer and scale-up of fermentation process from R&D bench-scale (15 mL, 3L and 10L bioreactors) to production (200L, 2000L) -Development and optimization of organizational processes (writing and revision of SOPs)
