Operational Responsibilities - Participation in month-end closing and budget planning - Product cost calculation - Monthly inventory revaluation and quarterly inventory provisions Project-Based Responsibilities - Process automation using Power Automate - Development and rollout of Power BI dashboards - Creation and continuous improvement of BI reportings - Implementation of Microsoft 365 applications, including team training
Extended travel across Europe, North America, South America, and Asia
- Recruiting mainly in French but also in German (full time and part time jobs / apprenticeships) - Initialization of the optimal recruitment campaign - Identification of promising, future employees on various channels and contacting them (Active Sourcing) - Leading the application management and the first telephone interview - First contact person for candidates and responsible for a more attractive employer branding as well as a positive candidate experience. - Implementation of projects for the further development of the Recruiting Center - Training new HR colleagues and introducing them in the recruiting process
