Hi there, I am the Director Global Operations at Roto Frank FTT GmbH, a German mid-sized company (Revenue 680 Mio €, 3.500 employees) and a leading provider of Window and Door Technologies. I lead the global operations network with 18 plants and several distribution centres, from strategy deployment to operational execution, always striving for operational excellence and customer satisfaction. I am a member of several supervisory boards at Roto and worked on international M&A and PMI transactions. I am a mechanical engineer, have a PhD in Robotics and a degree in business administration. Throughout my career I went through the ranks in various functions (R&D, consulting, research and operations) and industries (Automotive, Manufacturing, Building), focusing on global operations up to the position of a COO. I am passionate about transformational leadership, empowering people and our international organization, especially in the context of applying new technologies and the integration of Lean Production, Sustainability/ ESG and Smart Factory (lean, green, digital).

Responsible for the global production network with locations in Germany, China, India and Brazil. Lead of Production, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering and Operational Excellence.
Head of central departments Mechanical und Industrial Engineering, Tooling workshop, Global Operations Business and CIP. Functional lead of the plants in USA and China. Developing an Operations Strategy and the Global Footprint.
Five manufacturing departments (stamping, cold forming, heat and surface treatment, two assemblies) and three indirect departments (quality, maintenance and Kaizen).
